Do you accept commissions?
I occasionally take on commissions, depending on the nature of the project and whether it feels like the right fit. If you have an idea in mind and would like to discuss a commission, please get in touch via my contact page.
How do I know artwork will arrive safely?
Artwork is well packaged in recyclable materials, prints will be posted out via Royal Mail and originals will be posted to you via Parcelforce or by a specialist art courier.
Can I order your prints at different sizes to those listed on your website?
Yes you can, I produce the prints myself and can create bespoke sized prints, please get in touch via the contact page to find out more.
Where can I see your work in real life?
You can find my work in my open studio Jackson and Young in Barnstaple. Originals are also available in galleries Marine House at Beer, Dalloz Contemporary or Wrens Nest, Westward Ho!
What is your returns policy?
Each painting and print is created with care, and I want you to feel happy with your purchase.
Original artwork
If you purchase an original painting online and change your mind, you may return it in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights. Please contact me within 14 days of recieving your artwork to arrange a return. The painting must be returned in its original condition, with return postage arranged and paid for by you, unless otherwise agreed.
Commissioned artwork
As commissioned paintings are created specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged or faulty artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage, so that I can help resolve the issue.
Prints
If you have purchased a print online and would like to return or exchange it please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork to arrange a return. The print must be returned in its original condition, with return postage arranged and paid for by you, unless otherwise agreed.
